All of et alia’s CREW implementations are managed by et alia. We encourage the exchange of ideas and solutions among our employees by offering a support structure which our employees can engage, explore, and learn.

et alia collaborative teams are:

CREW Marketing Team:

We have a fulltime, dedicated marketing team that includes ongoing fulltime telesales from our Milwaukee office. In addition to SAP America and its resellers requesting et alia’s involvement to garner CREW customers, et alia facilitates its own lead generation, marketing, and public relations efforts to fuel the CREW engine. About half of our CREW prospects result from internal efforts and the other half come from SAP America and/or its resellers.

CREW Presales Team:

The et alia presales team is typically engaged between two and four months from a prospect making a purchase decision regarding SAP. Our presales professionals make a series of prospect site visits and discovery meetings in order to deliver relevant CREW demonstrations in an effort to secure future CREW projects. Members of our CREW implementation teams are asked to participate in presales efforts, when necessary. Involvement may include prospect visits and/or building system demonstrations of particular SAP functionality.

CREW Implementation Team:

The CREW implementation team is engaged by our customers to complete the lifecycle implementation of the CREW solution. These teams are made up of senior-level SAP professionals. Depending on a customer’s requirements, CREW implementation team members consist of:

CREW Basis Team:

The CREW Basis team is located in our Milwaukee office. These Basis professionals work with the presales and implementation teams to provide access to the necessary SAP systems. Our Milwaukee office is equipped with a climate controlled data center where all internal and some customer systems are housed.

CREW ABAP Team:

The CREW ABAP team primarily supports the CREW implementation teams. Much of the work provided by our ABAP team is completed remotely with occasional customer visits when joining the CREW implementation team onsite. Our ABAP team is located in the United States.
