Our SAP Business All-in-One solution, CREW, is designed for dynamic project-based companies. Our customers expect an implementation that is affordable, proven and efficient. Using the ASAP Focus implementation methodology, et alia is able to implement SAP and meet these expectations.

Full CREW project teams are composed of CREW implementation team members, an et alia project manager, a client project manager and client core team members. All project team members participate in each ASAP project phase: Project Preparation, Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation and Go Live & Support.

The CREW implementation team members are responsible for his or her area of expertise. They will be required to facilitate Blueprint sessions and subsequently implement the SAP solution.

Our CREW projects typically range anywhere from 6 months to 12 months, depending on customer requirements. Our general project philosophy is that we’re retained to commence a project, implement the solution, and move on to the next CREW customer. Knowledge transfer is essential to our implementation model.
