Paul Martin Jensen & Carolyn Barnwell

We founded Etalia to transform communication from a task into a force for human growth and progress.

Paul spent twenty years working with experts in public health, medicine and life sciences from all around the world, and was left with a deep conviction:

1) they are tirelessly committed, yet 2) so much insight vital to our thriving remains pent up inside “the research.”

Where Paul builds strategy from the outside in, Carolyn builds from the inside out—supporting those on the frontlines of science to find their voice, stay grounded, and lead with insight.

As a coach trained in mind-body methods and stress resilience—plus her previous experience working with scientists as a National Geographic producer—Carolyn supports experts through the internal resistance and stress that often comes with stepping into visibility and leadership.
